What are your rights?
Right of access:
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you. You can contact Customer Service who send your personal information by email.

Where H&Graphiplex processes your personal data by automated means according to your consent or agreement, you have the right to obtain a copy of your data transferred to you or another party in a structured and commonly used format. This only concerns the personal data you have provided to us.
Right to rectification:
You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if it is inaccurate, including to complete your incomplete personal data. If you have a customer account, you can change your personal data in the pages of your account or member.
Right to erasure:
You have the right to delete any personal data processed by Graphiplex at any time, except in the following situations:
- you have an ongoing case with Customer Service
- you have an order in progress that has not yet been delivered or has been partially delivered
- you have debts with Graphiplex, regardless of the payment method
- you are suspected of having or have used our services fraudulently in the last four years
Right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate interest:
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest of Graphiplex. Graphiplex will stop using your personal data unless we prove the justification for using your data that overrides your interest and rights or for legal reasons.
Right to determine the processing of your data after your death:
You have the right to set guidelines for the retention, deletion and disclosure of your personal data after your death. These guidelines can be general or specific.

You have the right to request that Graphiplex restrict the use of your personal data in the following circumstances:
- if you object to processing based on Graphiplex's legitimate interest, Graphiplex is obliged to pause any processing of such data pending verification of legitimate interest.
- if you declare that your personal data is inaccurate, Graphiplex shall restrict the processing of such data pending verification of the accuracy of the personal data.
- If the processing is unlawful, you can object to the deletion of the personal data and request the limitation of the use of your personal data
